Dr. Poornima Sreelal
Dr. Poornima graduated in Ayurveda from V.P.S.V. Ayurveda College, Kottakkal in 2007. She did her master's in clinical nutrition and Dietetics from CDC, Govt. Medical College Trivandrum. She has a passion for teaching and spreading the wisdom of Ayurveda
Now she is practicing Ayurvedic health coach, exploring possibilities of therapeutic management of various diseases through medicated dishes and dietary management.
She's currently an adjunct faculty at Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, a constituent unit of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Earlier she was working as consultant at Nattika Ayurveda Beach Resort and headed the clinical dietetics and production at Kalari Rasayana Ayurveda Hospital
She is known for recommending a practical diet based on each individual's ethnicity, socio-cultural and job requirements which obeys Ayurvedic principles.
Dr. Sreelal Sankar
He was born in a traditional Ayurveda physicians Family in North Kerala. He graduated in Ayurveda from V.P.S.V. Ayurveda College, Kottakkal in 2000. Later he did PG in Bioinformatics from IBAB, Bangalore.
He is keen in the applying IT including for various applications in Ayurveda. Worked on a project to study the changes in different blood parameters before and after Panchakarma Treatments. Currently working as Ayurveda Consultant in medical tourism.
He's working as consultant for Ananda in the Himalayas. Earlier, he was associated with Somatheeram Ayurveda Resort, Kalari Kovilakom Ayurveda Hospital, Nattika Ayurveda Beach Resort, Kalari Rasayana Ayurveda Hospital.
Together they have an experience of more than three decades in the Ayurveda.
