Ingredients
Plain butter milk -2cup (1: 5; yogurt: water)
Mustard seed -1 pinch
Fenugreek -1 pinch
Turmeric powder - ? teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Chopped ginger - ? teaspoon
Jeera - 1 pinch
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaf - few
Water - ? cup
Method of preparation:
Heat a vessel with coconut oil. When the oil gets heated add mustard, fenugreek and Cumin.
When mustard are crackled add ginger, turmeric add some water to boil few seconds.
Remove the pan from the flame, add buttermilk, and curry leaf and salt.
Stir well cool it and serve.
